Return Policy

1. One-Year Warranty

We want you to feel confident enough to plan ahead and stock up with several cartridges. You should never have to worry that if in 1, 2, or 6 months you open up a cartridge and it doesn't work. We will refund or replace your product for a full year — Risk-Free, with the following restrictions:

In order to receive a replacement or refund on your ink or toner cartridge, any returned ink or toner must be at least 50% full.
Product must be accompanied by a legitimate Return Material Authorization number (RMA# - Please find RMA Request form below).
Please take note that certain cases may be denied replacement or refund at our discretion (example: cartridge is more than 50% used, damage is due to mishandling).

Note: This warranty does not apply to break room supplies.

2. Unopened packages

Unopened cartridges may be returned within a year of invoice date for store credit or a refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.

3. Opened packages

If you are unsatisfied with your ink or toner cartridge, it may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Please complete our Return Form to set up a replacement or return.

4. Replacement and Refunds

If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have purchased a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened and falls within our return policy. If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please send them to the address below. Make sure to completely fill out the RMA form and write the RMA# issued to you on the outside of the return package. Refunds are credited back to the method of payment that we have on file. All returns and exchanges are processed, credited, or reshipped within 7-10 business days of the products arriving back to us.

We will accept products back for an exchange or refund within 1 year after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from TonerGreen can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition. TonerGreen is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty period or not ordered from our company. If we receive products that do not qualify for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center. Please make sure to contact us at (888) 714-8219 before returning any products.

5. Break Room Supplies Returns

All unopened break room supplies can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. We do not accept returns of opened break room supplies due to the sensitive nature of food service products.

6. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act states that warrantors can not require that only brand name parts be used with any product, as some printer manufacturers imply. That is, printer manufacturers cannot void your warranty for using a cartridge manufactured by someone other than the printer manufacturer.
